Jase

That's what she told everyone she wanted to be called. Jase. No more Jaselynne. When we asked-what about us-she said "weellll, I guess you can call me Jaselynne sometimes but not the kids, just you guys." So Jase got her 3rd quarter grades and we are so proud. She is a smart girl and we have always known it but it is nice to see it's not just parental bias. She did really well and loves school. We have seen her grow and change throughout the year and it's fun to watch. Her teacher said she is one of the top in kindergarten and expects her to be when she is in first as well. She did get one 3 (average) however and it was in art. I would have to disagree and say it is in the eye of the beholder but I am the mom! Here is the comment part of her report card.
Her teacher said she is "the shining light in her classroom." Good Job Jase! We love you!
